The Fraylick Family was introduced to the Craft Family through the marriage of Charlotte Matilda Fraylick to John Franklin Craft, Sr. The Craft Family married into the Dowdey Family and the Dowdey Family married into the Scarborough Family. Nothing is known about the family's origins at this time.

Sarah Elizabeth Joyner had two brothers: Houston and Jessee Joyner.

Sarah first married Frank Fraylick who died when their children were young. She married again to a Mr. Hogan. Children from that marriage were: Sally "Daisy?" Hogan, Amanda Hogan and Robert Hogan. Robert Hogan, Sally Hogan and her husband all died of typhoid fever and may be buried near Gadsden, SC. Amanda married A. S. Jones and after he died she married George Ballance. All are buried at Hopkins Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Bascom Kennedy (???? - ) Notes: William Frank Fraylick, Jr. worked for Southern Railroad. In 1914, at age 48, he was run over by two refrigerator cars and killed. He is buried at Congaree Baptist Church & Cemetery near Gadsden, SC. Part of his family moved to North Carolina after his death.

Note also: Excerpt from Janie Gray Fraylick's obituary of May 29, 1953 -
Mrs. Janie Gray Fraylick, 80, native of Richland county [SC], died here at the home of her daughter, Mrs. H. E. McFadden, this afternoon following an extended illness, the last three weeks critical.
She was born in Richland county S.C., a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joel Gray, and was a resident of Thomasville for the past 30 years. In 1892, she married William F. Fraylick who died in 1913.
Survivors include four daughters...three sons...; 30 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Charlotte is buried in the McLeod United Methodist Church Cemetery near Eastover, SC. Her cemetery marker can be viewed also.
