Notes:
An excerpt from his obituary reads: "He was a member of Pleasant Grove
Baptist Church, where he taught the Senior Boys' and Girls' Sunday School Class and also
served as a deacon. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U. S. Navy.
He was an instructor and training director for the JATC and taught electric class at
Kirkman High School. He was retired from TVA as an electrician and was also a member
of the IBEW Local 175."
He is buried at Hamilton Memorial Gardens, Hixson, Tennessee.
